We're an Australian pet supply shop built around one rule: if it wouldn't be good enough for our own dogs and cats, it doesn't go on the site.
OUR STORY
It started with a badly made harness
A clip that snapped on a morning walk, a jumper that shrank after one wash, a bowl that skidded across the kitchen every dinner time. Cheap pet gear fails quietly, and it's always the pet who wears it.
The Pet Hub Co started because we got tired of guessing. We wanted one shop where the sizing is explained properly, the materials are listed honestly, and somebody actually answers when you ask whether a medium will fit a 14kg kelpie.
Today we ship right across Australia — from Perth apartments to Queensland acreage — and we still read every email ourselves.

HOW WE CHOOSE
Nothing gets listed on a hunch
We order it ourselves first
Every product is bought, unboxed and handled before it goes near the store. Stitching, clips, zips, smell, weight — all of it.
It gets used by a real pet
Leads get walked, beds get slept in, toys get chewed. If something frays, slips or breaks in the first fortnight, it's out.
We write the sizing properly
We measure it, compare it to the supplier's chart and correct the numbers where they're wrong — which is more often than you'd hope.
We keep listening after launch
Repeat sizing complaints or a run of returns and the product gets pulled. Your feedback edits the catalogue.
