At The Pet Hub Co, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ecomelizabeth2026@outlook.com. We will review your claim and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
